I don’t provide RAW files, or for purchasing, as every photo you receive is already edited in my signature style to make sure each image looks fantastic and captures your special moments just right.
Yes - a 25% non-refundable payment of the total cost is required to book with the remaining amount payable on the day of the photoshoot.

If your photoshoot is outside, I’ll be keeping a close eye on the weather forecast. If it looks like heavy rain, we may need to reschedule. However, if it’s just scattered showers, we might still go ahead with the shoot. I have clear umbrellas ready for us, so just bring your wellies and we’ll make even a rainy day look good!
If you or anyone in your family isn’t feeling well and can’t make it to the photoshoot, please get in touch with me on 07967 731164. Once everyone is feeling better, we can easily find another date that works for you.
I encourage you to reschedule promptly to lock in the current pricing, as my rates are subject to change. Please remember that deposits would be non-refundable for the above reasons.
If I happen to be unwell on the day of our shoot, I'll let you know as soon as possible. Should rescheduling be inconvenient for you, I will provide a full refund.
Please aim to arrive on time for your photoshoot. If you can’t find me, just give me a call at 07967 731164. If you’re running late, please note that we’ll need to work within the remaining scheduled time, and I'm unable to offer refunds or a rescheduled date for any missed time.
Your booking is confirmed once you've made the first payment and signed our agreement. Until these steps are completed, your date and time are only reserved, and I may receive enquiries from other families interested in the same session date.
Yes, I include an 40 miles round trip by car from my home in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire, in my family photography packages. After that, there is a charge of 55 pence per mile.
You can upgrade your package after booking by adding extra time etc., however, please note that once you have booked a package, it cannot be reduced.
I'm here to make sure you and your family feel at ease and look great in your photos. I'll gently guide you with natural prompts if necessary, to keep everything looking spontaneous and real. Just relax, have fun with your loved ones, and I'll take care of capturing you all looking your best in the moment.
