Kelly and Kris’s wedding at Hothorpe Woodlands was like stepping into a fairy tale set in enchanting Leicestershire woods, complete with all the rustic charm you’d expect from a woodland celebration.

Rain welcomed us that morning, but Kelly and Kris were all smiles, making the grey skies hardly noticeable. Kelly was the picture of calm as she got ready, surrounded by friends and family, not bothered by the light drizzle. Kris, relaxed and cheerful in the cabin next door, was a joy to photograph in his sharp blue suit that echoed the natural colours around him.

Kelly looked stunning, her look finished with a delicate drop necklace, earrings, and lovely dried flowers that suited her dress perfectly. By the time the ceremony started, the rain had cleared, setting the perfect scene for their heartfelt vows outdoors. The celebration only grew from there, with guests enjoying dinner, s’mores by the teepee, and lots of dancing.
